SalesArck currently ships four roles.

Consumer

Uses the wallet, history, offers, redemption, and marketing preference screens.

Client

Merchant operator who configures the business, POS, reward rules, campaigns, and store operators.

POS Operator

Store staff role used for in-person redemption code verification and completion.

Admin

Platform operator role with tenant oversight, user approval, wallet controls, and audit visibility.

Role Mapping

• consumer -> wallet-focused portal
• client -> merchant dashboard and configuration tools
• pos_operator -> redemption-only flow
