This page is intentionally lightweight now.

The most important thing about the current history is that the monorepo has already converged on these major implementation areas:

• Hono API with strict middleware boundaries
• Supabase-backed auth and tenant resolution
• reward engine as a pure shared package
• Square and Clover ingestion pipelines
• wallet ledger and redemption code flow
• merchant campaigns and marketing preferences
• admin approval and audit logging
