Email Notifications

SalesArck uses Resend for the email paths that matter in the current codebase.

Current Email Flows

• points earned notifications
• redemption code delivery
• store-operator invitation emails
• campaign send emails

Behavior

• emails are fire-and-forget in the ingestion path
• sender normalization is handled before delivery
• failures are logged but do not block wallet credit or ingestion
• tenant branding is used where available

Operational Notes

• Resend is configured with RESEND_API_KEY
• sender identity comes from RESEND_FROM_EMAIL
• the API never exposes raw tokens or provider secrets in logs
