• The merchant is accountable for its loyalty program.
• SalesArck processes member matching, wallets, and campaign email for that merchant.
• Subprocessors are Supabase, Cloudflare, Render, Resend, Sentry, and the connected POS vendor (Square, Clover, Lighthouse, or Toast).
• Personal information is stored in the United States.
• Raw POS payloads are deleted after 90 days.
• Ledger rows are not deleted.
• Consumers request access through the app or [email protected].
